The College is located in Sylhet. Nick's name is JRRMC. It was established in 1995 as a private medical college in Bangladesh. It is now one of the best medical colleges in Bangladesh. The founder is Janab Dr. Ragib Ali, a renowned philanthropist. It is recognized by BMDC and affiliated with Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet (SUST). There is a huge number of texts and reference books. it offers postgraduate training in Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Cardiology, and more. the college has a floor space of 3,64,600 ft. Admission Notice

Bangladeshi students have to take part in an admission test; the applicant must have Physics Chemistry and Biology in the HSC level. Eligibility for MBBS admission will be determined as per rules laid by DGHS (Directorate General of Health Services) on the basis of merit score/position. Notice for admission to first-year class is advertised in the daily newspapers and official website.

In every academic year, after publishing the HSC result, the college offers 1st year MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) course for admission. It is 5 years of study and one year internee. Candidates for admission are selected through an admission test conducted by DGHS (Directorate General of Health Services) Bangladesh. Student can download admission from their official website. Notice for admission of students into first-year classes is advertised in the daily newspapers and website. Admission starts in December each year. The admission is based on merit.
