Agrani Bank is a public state owned commercial bank in Bangladesh. Headquarter of the bank is at Motijheel, Dhaka. Habib Bank was its old name.

It has started its journey in 1972 in Bangladesh as a Commercial Bank. The authorized capital of the Bank is Tk 8 billion. The Bank has been privatized on 15, Nov 2007.The bank now performs its commercial banking operation through 873 channels all over Bangladesh. The bank has total 910 branches whole over the Bangladesh and 1148 ATM booth.
The Bank has owned two Subsidiary companies; they are named Agrani Exchange House (Pvt.) Ltd in Singapore and Agrani Remittance House SDN, BHD, in Kuala Lumpur of Malaysia.

Account holders of ABL can now avoid the risk of carrying cash by subscribing to Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Service with safety. Account holders now also can capable for cash transactions and balance inquiry by using internet banking. Agrani Bank provides many kinds of banking services to the customer like savings banking, current banking, foreign remittance receiving and much more. The bank receives utility bill payment.
