How to apply?

1. Go to admission.bup.edu.bd
2. View CURRENT ADMISSION OPENING and Click on Read More & Apply Online to apply for your chosen program.
3. Read the instructions carefully Click on the checkbox I agree and Click on I Wish to Purchase Form
4. Fill in the required details in the Purchase Form and Click on Go for Form Purchase
5. You will be shown a PAYMENT ID / FORM SERIAL (Note Down this payment ID for future verification of payment through Mobile Banking Only)
6. Now Click on Go for Payment
   1. For Mobile Banking*
      • Choose your preferred Mobile Banking Solution
      • Follow the instructions correctly

Note: *Once the transaction is completed, do not forget to provide the transaction ID in that payment page. *Other mobile banking services only require the "Wallet number" and "PIN number" so they do not provide any instructions. Charge applicable.

• For another way of payment

1. Choose your preferred card and click on the pay now button. Charge applicable.
2. Provide the required information (Card Holder Name, Card Number, Expiry Date, and CVV number)
3. You will get a confirmation SMS/Mail for the successful transaction.

7. After confirmation of your payment, you will receive a USER ID and PASSWORD on your Mobile phone.

8. Please Use this USER ID and PASSWORD to log in and do the following

• purchase more forms for different programs
• Fill up the details in the form
• Print Admit Card
• Get other information

The selection process: To get admission to the university, Students have to appear for the admission test and have to work hard to pass the test. They screen the students rigorously to offer them a prestigious position among the 110 seats. It is already mentioned that students with excellent academic backgrounds are expected to appear for the examination. The academic transcripts help to score 25% of the total admission test. Selected students from the first screening are called for the written Admission Test. After that lap, the pass-outs have to appear for a viva that also carries 25% of the admission test score. And finally, they are selected to be seated in the prestigious posts on the campus of Bangladesh University of Professionals. The entrance test follows three steps to complete. 33% of seats are reserved for special students.

Admission for Foreign Students:

They maintain certain protocols to admit international students. For them also results do matter a lot to get admitted in the premier university. SAARC students usually have to pay less than students coming from outside the SAARC countries. Follow the website for updated information.
