It is one of best educational institution for secondary education. The institution has successfully completed more than 45 years. The college is run by cantonment board. The college is code 3731. The area is 9.3 acres of land in the main Cantonment. It is about 100 yards to the south of the Dhaka-Comilla-B Baria road- connection. It is a dream for the student to get admission here and pass SSC and HSC from this college. Exam result is very excellent in every year. Hostel facility was introduced in April 1963. The first batch of SSC had passed in the year 1964. After independent the institution re-started in February 1972. Not it is a Bengali Medium School. From 1975 Intermediate (HSC) section has been opened and degree classes since 1995.
