The only communication from the capital is a road. If you come from Dhaka to Dinajpur by train, then come to Dinajpur bus terminal by Rickshaw from there you can get a direct gate lock bus for Panchagarh.
The nearest airport is in Syedpur then by bus to Panchagarh. There are some good coach services from Dhaka. Shamoli Poribhan is one of them.
