The main objective behind the establishment of the College is to meet the increasing demand of qualified and skilled dental surgeons in the nation and abroad. It was the first dental college in North Bengal. As well as domestic students a lot of students come from our neighboring countries including India, Nepal, and Maldives to get the dental education. Rajshahi University affiliates the college. It has got the best private dental college award from the Ministry of Health as recognition of its performance.
Provision for Domestic Students: The local students have to apply according to the rule of the government of Bangladesh. The required GPA is 8.00 combining the GPA of both SSC and HSC. The students have to be from Science background. The students must not have GPA below 3.50 in any exam.
Provision for the Foreign Students: The students who have passed O level/SLC/Equivalent examination and A level/HSEB examination with combined GPA 8.00 can apply for admission. The student must have studied Biology at HSC level and the GPA not below 3.50 on the subject.
Required Documents for Admission: The students must submit all the original certificates, mark-sheets, and testimonial of SSC and HSC examination. Six copies of passport size photos have to be provided with original admit card of examination. The fee for the admission is non-refundable, and the college will hold the documents till the end of the course.
Fees Required for Admission: The fees that the students have to provide include development fee, yearly session fee, admission fee, tuition fee and fee for admission form. The total fee for the BDS course is 8, 50,000 Taka including 4.5% VAT.
