Chittagong Cantonment School & College has established on 17th October 1961 with three teachers and 24 students. The short name is CCPC.

It is a coeducational education institute. After that many friendly and wealthy person came forward to make this great work successful with monetary and moral support. On 1st January 1971, this school achieved its first acknowledgment from Secondary and Higher Secondary Board of Education, Comilla.
During the freedom war of 1971, this institution had to face a significant physical loss. The army authority re-established on 17 March 1972, with the initiative of the then Brigadier General Mir Shawkat Ali BU, psc. This organization is under the direct management of Bangladesh Army. In 1995 it introduced BA, B.Com, and B.Sc under National University.
Its administration is led by an army principal who is usually a Colonel of the Bangladesh Army. The college authority publishes all kind of notice like admission, result in their official website. The student can get free essays, prospectus, guidelines and fee download.

Chittagong Cantonment Public College is situated on the eastern boundary of Chittagong Cantonment. The campus area is 20 acres which were authorized by Cantonment Board. Hills surround this college. It is on Hathazari Highway and near Jharuar Dighir Par.
