Naogaon Polytechnic Institute is one of the best institutes in providing technical education in Bangladesh. Its nick name is NPI.
The institute was inaugurated in the year 2000 with the objective to prepare skilled and qualified technicians and engineers to meet the increasing demand in the industry. It is the only polytechnic institute in Noagaon. Already two batches have completed their diploma engineering degree. The institute is committed to provide best education to the students. The institute is public or government owned institution. It operates under the supervision of Board of Technical Education.
Departments and Subjects
The diploma degree provided by the institute covers various areas of technology. The courses are contemporary and designed such a way so that the students can implement their knowledge in the professional life. The teaching method is a combination of both theoretical and practical education. The departments include computer, environment, food, and architecture.

The institute has a lot of facilities for the students. Admission Procedure and Eligibility
The admission test is arranged by the Directorate of Technical Education for admission in all the government polytechnic institutes.
According to DTE rule the students must pass SSC or equivalent examination with minimum GPA 3.00 or 60% marks with GPA not below 3.00 in Mathematics.
The students have to apply online making a payment of TK. 200 through Teletalk SMS. Students have to bring original registration card and admit card in the examination day.
